In CONCERTS, Season 2024-25

First concert of Season 2024-25 – Hugh Mackay (cello) and Xiaowen Shang (piano) on Saturday 14 September 2024 at Inverurie Town Hall at 7.30pm

**Please note the new 7.30pm start time
for concerts this season**

The first concert of the new season will take place at Inverurie Town Hall on Saturday 14 September 2024. Inverurie Music is delighted to introduce Hugh Mackay (cello) and Xiaowen Shang (piano) to Aberdeenshire audiences.

Tickets for the concert cost £14 for non-subscribers and are free for under 25s in full-time education, and to those on disability or low-income benefits. These are available from TicketSource, at Novello Gifts (29 West High Street, Inverurie) or at the door.

The programme for this concert is as follows:

Debussy: Cello Sonata
Prokofiev: Cello Sonata in C
Nadia Boulanger: Three Pieces for Cello and Piano
Schumann: Fantasiestucke
Shostakovich: Cello Sonata D minor
