The Inverurie Music Award Scheme began in 2019 and has run each year since then – thanks to generous donations from our supporters. A total of approximately £6,500 has been awarded to local young musicians since the scheme began. We are delighted to open applications again on 1st September 2023. The award scheme aims to provide financial support to young musicians who attend Alford, Inverurie, Kemnay and Meldrum Academies and we welcome applications from anyone attending those schools who would benefit from this support.
