Following their recital at Inverurie Town Hall (14th April 2023), Lana, Boris and Maria have kindly agreed to provide masterclasses for local musicians.

Morning session: violin, flute and piano players can receive individual tuition from Lana, Boris or Maria. Each session lasts 45 minutes and there are six places available – two for each instrument. Bring your own music to work on.

Cost:   £35 per person, or £25 if in full-time education, or receiving disability or low   income benefits

Afternoon session: String, woodwind and piano players are welcome to join the afternoon group session. If you already play in a chamber group, feel free to come with your group. Alternatively, you can sign up as an individual and suitable groups will be formed, depending on the players/instruments who wish to attend. Each tutor will work with the groups in rotation. At the end of the afternoon, there will be an opportunity for a brief performance. Bring your own music to work on or work on something new.

12.00 – 13.00    Lunch
13.00 – 16.00    Tutored Sessions for groups (with refreshment break)
16.00 – 16.30    Performance Session and depart
